Mdantsane is the Eastern Cape's largest township, adjacent to East London. Eastern Cape deliveries from Gauteng stock take slightly longer than metro Gauteng orders — typically 3–5 business days via standard courier, up to 6 days to outlying areas. Include a contact number in your order notes so the courier driver can call ahead on delivery day. Evetech sends a tracking link via SMS and email once the parcel ships.
The Steam Deck is not sold in SA through official retail. Evetech stocks AMD-powered Windows handheld gaming PCs across three price tiers. Entry level (R12,000–R15,000): AMD Ryzen Z1, 720p screen, 30–50 fps in AAA titles. Mid range (R18,000–R22,000): Ryzen Z1 Extreme, 800p, 60+ fps with FSR. Premium (R25,000+): 120 Hz display, 1 TB NVMe SSD, 16 GB LPDDR5. All run Windows 11 with full access to Steam, Xbox Game Pass, and GOG.
Handheld devices are packaged in custom foam trays. Check the outer carton for damage before signing — a crushed corner often means shifted foam and potential screen or button damage. Power on immediately and check the display (dead pixels, backlight bleed), analogue sticks (centring and drift), and shoulder buttons (click feel). Report any fault to Evetech within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
