For a long time, the only way to get a top-tier handheld gaming PC in South Africa was through "grey importing." This meant buying from an overseas seller and hoping for the best. The problems? Massive, unpredictable customs fees, power adapters that don't fit our plugs, and zero local warranty support. If your R15,000+ device failed, you were on your own.

We knew this wasn't good enough. Bringing these devices in officially involves navigating global supply chains, securing ICASA certifications for wireless components, and building a system for local repairs and support 🇿🇦. It’s a complex process, but it’s the only way to give South African gamers the peace of mind they deserve.

First, we get our hands on the devices.
