Spec priorities for KwaMashu households

For a family shared AIO, 16 GB RAM is non-negotiable — it lets a student and a parent use the machine in shifts without slowdowns between sessions. A 512 GB SSD adds fast startup and enough room for two years of coursework files and a modest game library. If anyone in the household does DUT coursework involving design or engineering software, the Core i7 / dedicated GPU model from R20,000 handles those workloads without compromise.

Warranty and support

Evetech warranty covers all AIOs for 1–2 years from purchase date. Warranty returns from KwaMashu are handled by courier collection from your address — log a ticket online, and pickup is typically arranged within 2–3 business days. No travel to Durban or Joburg is required.
