ROG Ally X Delivery and Pickup Guide for Pretoria

Quick Answer

Pretoria buyers can order a ROG Ally X from Evetech online for nationwide courier delivery, or collect locally, with everything in stock and backed by a clear warranty. The ROG Ally X is the handheld worth buying over the original Ally, with its larger 80Wh battery and 24GB RAM; it commonly sits in the R14,000 to R18,000 band locally.

Buying a ROG Ally X as a Pretoria Gamer

The ROG Ally X is a Windows handheld powered by AMD's Z1 Extreme, running your full PC library on a 7-inch 1080p 120Hz screen. The bigger battery and extra RAM fix the original Ally's main weaknesses. It handles most AAA games at 30-60 fps with FSR, and esports titles run far higher. For Pretoria buyers in Centurion, Hatfield, Menlyn and the wider Tshwane area, Evetech ships countrywide by courier, usually within a couple of working days, and orders are tracked end to end. Buying through a local retailer with a proper RMA process matters more than saving a few rand, because warranty support and genuine stock protect your purchase.

What to Check Before You Order

The Z1 Extreme, 24GB RAM and 80Wh battery are the headline specs; plan for a microSD card and a dock if you want desktop use. Confirm the exact model and current price at checkout rather than relying on an old listing, since hardware pricing moves. Keep your order confirmation and serial number for the warranty, and check whether you need any extras (a cable, mount, dock or microSD card) so you are not stuck waiting on a second order.

Delivery, Collection and Warranty

Evetech offers nationwide delivery and local collection, so Pretoria buyers in Centurion, Hatfield, Menlyn and the wider Tshwane area can choose whichever suits them. Check stock status on the product page before ordering, because a listed item ships faster than a back-ordered one. Register or retain proof of purchase so any warranty claim is straightforward.
