The RTX 4060's hardware NVENC encoder handles 1080p60 streaming in OBS separately from the game, so your frame rate stays high while you broadcast. For stable 1080p60 you need 6-10Mbps upload; check your Mogale City fibre line on Openserve or Vumatel for upload, not just download. Twitch caps around 6Mbps while YouTube allows more. A wired Ethernet connection is much more reliable than Wi-Fi for live broadcasting.
