A system built for professional compute may still have awkward audio, unsuitable gaming performance or no clear upgrade path for a creator workflow.
Run a private end-to-end broadcast
Test the intended game, camera, microphone, alerts and recording at the same time. Monitor game frame rate, encoder load, dropped frames, temperature and upload stability. Listen to the archived test on another device. This shows whether the computer, network or audio path is the actual limitation.

If dropped frames occur while the PC remains lightly loaded, investigate upload quality and platform settings before buying more compute. A powerful tower cannot stabilise an unreliable service path.
