Gaming desk delivery and pickup in boksburg needs careful context before choosing parts. Use this guide to compare options, trade-offs, platform fit, and upgrade timing for a South African gaming PC without relying on live stock, price, or benchmark promises.
Boksburg residents can order a gaming desk online from Evetech. There is no showroom. Desks start at around R1,800 for a 120 cm flat-pack model and go up to R8,000+ for wide sit-stand units. For most Boksburg setups with a mid-range gaming rig, the R2,500–R4,000 desk tier covers most needs.
Evetech's Boksburg store allows order-and-collect — place the order online, select store pickup, and collect when it's ready, typically the same day or next morning. Bring the order confirmation and your ID. For larger L-shaped or sit-stand desks in big flat-pack boxes, a bakkie or SUV is more practical than a sedan. The Boksburg store is on Atlas Road and well-signposted for first-time visitors.
For those who prefer home delivery, for current delivery times and costs, see our delivery page. Oversized models (L-shaped desks or motorised sit-stand units) may require freight delivery scheduling. Check the product listing for weight and dimensions before selecting a shipping method.
R1,800–R2,500: 120 cm MDF-top desk — solid entry point for a single-monitor setup with an Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 system. R2,800–R4,000: 140 cm with cable management and headset hook — suits a full battlestation with an RTX 4060 or RX 7800 XT. R5,000–R8,000: sit-stand or motorised, 160 cm+ surface — worth it for a home office/gaming hybrid used daily for 8+ hours.
There is no showroom. Collection of paid orders at the Centurion warehouse is by prior arrangement only.
Most townhouse study rooms accommodate a 140 cm desk comfortably. Measure the wall space before ordering — L-shaped desks need at least 200 cm of clear corner space, which some Boksburg townhouses don't have in a secondary bedroom.
Standard courier rates apply within Boksburg. Because Boksburg is local to Evetech's warehouse, delivery is typically cheaper than to other provinces. Exact rates show at checkout based on the desk's size and weight.
" , If you are collecting a large desk box from Evetech Boksburg, measure your vehicle boot first — standard flat-pack gaming desk boxes run 130–155 cm long, which won't fit in most car boots. Bring a bakkie or organise a delivery instead.
