When a gaming laptop arrives in Tokoza, inspect the carton before signing, verify the GPU, CPU, RAM, and display refresh rate match your Evetech order on first boot, and report any defect. Tokoza is in Ekurhuleni, East Rand. Gaming laptops at Evetech start at R8,000 for GTX 1650 entry models; an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU for 100+ fps at 1080p costs R18,000–R22,000.
Tokoza is adjacent to Thokoza in the Ekurhuleni metro and is served by the same Alberton and Germiston courier hubs. Verify against your Evetech order:
FPS reference: RTX 4060 Laptop GPU targets 100–130 fps in Apex Legends at 1080p High. GTX 1650 targets 60 fps at Medium in the same title.
Confirm the included adapter wattage (120 W–230 W) matches the laptop's requirement. On first boot, run powercfg /batteryreport in Windows Terminal — a new battery should show full design capacity. A new laptop reporting less than 90% of design capacity on day one is a battery defect worth flagging.
At R8,000–R12,000, Evetech stocks gaming laptops with GTX 1650 or RX 6500M GPUs — capable of 60 fps in Warzone at 1080p Low-Medium settings. For 60 fps at Medium-High settings, step up to R12,000–R16,000 for an RTX 3050 or RX 6600M Laptop.
Right-click the desktop, open Display Settings, then Advanced Display. The current and available refresh rates are listed — select 144 Hz or your panel's maximum. Gaming laptops from Evetech universally default to 60 Hz on first boot regardless of panel capability.
Yes — Evetech's warranty is national. Tokoza buyers have the same 7-day defect return window and 6-month Consumer Protection Act manufacturing fault coverage as any other SA buyer. Warranty collection from Tokoza is arranged by courier at no additional cost.
batteryreport in Windows Terminal on day one and check that Battery Design Capacity and Last Full Charge Capacity are within 5% of each other — a larger gap on a brand new laptop indicates a battery defect that Evetech can replace under warranty.
