Quick Answer

Evetech delivers gaming chairs to Centurion with courier times of 2–4 business days from dispatch. Centurion sits in the City of Tshwane metro, well within the standard courier corridor from Evetech's Midrand warehouse. Gaming chairs range from R2,500 (entry racing-style) to R12,000+ (premium ergonomic with mesh back).

How Delivery to Centurion Works

Centurion is approximately 35–45 km from Evetech's Midrand base depending on the exact suburb (Lyttelton, Irene, Highveld Technopark, Centurion CBD). Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days for in-stock items and courier transit adds another 1–2 days on the Pretoria route. Deliveries are tracked and a courier will contact you to confirm the delivery slot.

Gaming chairs are boxed freight — 15–25 kg depending on the model. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the item. If you are in one of Centurion's estate developments, confirm the estate gate access with the courier tracking details provided at dispatch.

Gaming Chair Price Tiers

R2,500–R3,500: entry-level racing chairs, PU leather, basic lumbar pillow, 90°–130° recline. Good for teens gaming after school or a secondary setup.

R4,500–R6,500: solid mid-range with 4D armrests, height-adjustable lumbar, Class 4 gas lift. Handles a daily 6–8 hour home office and gaming combo.

R7,000–R12,000: premium ergonomic, mesh or premium fabric backs, independent lumbar adjustment, extended recline. Worth it for Centurion remote-work professionals in dedicated home offices.

Pickup from Midrand Store

From most Centurion suburbs, Evetech's Midrand store is reachable in 30–40 minutes via the N14 or N1. Click-and-collect is available — buy online, confirm stock, and collect same-day or next-day. Collecting in person lets you check the box condition before loading it into your vehicle. A bakkie or SUV with folded seats is recommended for large chair boxes.

FAQ

Does Evetech deliver gaming chairs to Centurion estates and complexes?

Yes — couriers deliver to gated estates and complexes, but you need to provide access instructions at checkout or via the courier tracking portal. Include your unit number and estate name clearly. For estates with strict access protocols, arranging a collection at the gate with the courier is often faster than waiting for estate security clearance.

What day of the week is best to order for fastest Centurion delivery?

Ordering Monday through Wednesday gives the best chance of same-week delivery — orders placed Thursday or Friday typically only dispatch the following Monday. In-stock items ordered early in the week can reach Centurion by Thursday or Friday of the same week.

Is it better to buy a gaming chair in-store or online for Centurion buyers?

Online is more convenient for most buyers and the full product catalogue is available on the Evetech website. In-store pickup at Midrand is worth it if you want to confirm the box is undamaged before transporting it — large flat-pack items occasionally arrive with minor box dents from courier handling, even if the chair inside is intact.

TIP

in estate developments: when placing your order, add your estate name and unit number in the delivery notes field at checkout. Courier drivers without this info can get held up at the gate, adding a day to your delivery.
