Evetech delivers gaming PCs to Mamelodi via national courier, with Tshwane East township delivery typically taking 2–4 business days. Entry RTX 3060 builds start at R8,000 (80–100 fps at 1080p); the RTX 4060 mid-range at R13,000–R16,000 delivers 100–120 fps at 1440p. Arrange for someone to be home and include access instructions for any security estate or complex address.
Mamelodi is in the Tshwane East delivery corridor. Evetech dispatches orders from its Johannesburg warehouse; courier transit to Mamelodi takes 1–2 business days to the local depot, with final delivery the following business day. Total lead time: 2–4 business days from order placement.
Desktop towers (8–15 kg) ship in double-boxed foam-insert cartons. Have someone available to carry the box inside — gaming PC cartons are heavy and awkward for one person. For Mamelodi addresses with security gate access, add the gate code or reception contact in the delivery notes to avoid missed attempts.
Photograph the outer carton before signing. Corner compressions or splits suggest potential internal component shift. Inside: check for dislodged GPU power connectors (a common transit vibration issue), verify all drive bay cables are seated, and confirm the CPU cooler clips are intact. Power on within 24 hours: BIOS boot, Windows load, GPU detection in Device Manager, and a brief benchmark run confirm arrival condition.
R8,000–R12,000: RTX 3060, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16 GB DDR4 — 80–100 fps at 1080p ultra. Suitable for UP or TUT students who also game. R13,000–R16,000: RTX 4060, 32 GB DDR5 — 100–120 fps at 1440p. The step up for dedicated Mamelodi gamers wanting 1440p performance.
Expect 2–4 business days from Evetech dispatch to delivery in Mamelodi. Mamelodi is in the Tshwane East delivery zone. Orders placed before noon are typically dispatched same day. Tracking details are sent by email or SMS after dispatch.
An RTX 3060 desktop at R9,000–R11,000 delivers 100-plus fps at 1080p ultra in most SA-popular titles including Warzone, FIFA, and Valorant. For dedicated competitive FPS gaming, this tier achieves 150-plus fps at 1080p low/medium settings — well above the 144 Hz monitor threshold.
For UP students gaming and studying in Mamelodi, an RTX 3060 or RTX 4060 desktop at R10,000–R14,000 with 16–32 GB DDR4/DDR5 and a 512 GB NVMe SSD balances study performance (Office, design apps) with gaming capability. The mid-tower form factor suits most student digs setups and uses less desk space than a full-tower.
in Mamelodi, before running a game, install the latest GPU driver from Nvidia or AMD's website — Evetech ships PCs with factory drivers that may be 6–12 months behind the current release optimised for recent titles.
