How To Safely Receive All One PC Sebokeng SA Buyers

Quick Answer

When your All-in-One PC arrives in Sebokeng, inspect the box for crush damage, verify the model sticker against your order, and run a short power-on test before the courier leaves. Sebokeng is in the Vaal Triangle — Evetech ships here via DSV with typical next-business-day delivery from the Johannesburg warehouse. AIOs at Evetech start at approximately R6,500 for a 21.5-inch 1080p unit, with Core i5/Ryzen 5 models at R11,000–R17,000 and premium 27-inch options above R20,000.

Packaging Inspection at the Door

The first 60 seconds matter most. Before signing anything:

• Four corners: AIO panels are packed in foam, but a hard drop on a corner can still fracture the LCD internally. Press corners gently — they should feel solid, not hollow.
• Sticker seals: Factory seal tape across the top flap should be continuous. A re-sealed box is a red flag.
• Waybill match: Confirm the reference number on the waybill matches your Evetech order number — misdirected parcels do happen in high-volume areas like Sebokeng.

If anything looks suspicious, photograph the exterior before opening and note it on the driver's handheld device.

Contents and Model Verification

Evetech stocks several AIO SKUs — verify which you received:

• CPU: Check the rear sticker. Budget AIOs use Intel Core i3-12100 (quad-core, 3.3 GHz base). Mid-range use Core i5-12400 or Ryzen 5 5600G (6-core). Premium units carry Core i7-12700 or higher.
• RAM: 8 GB DDR4 is standard at entry level; 16 GB is common in mid-range units. Confirm in Task Manager → Performance.
• Storage: 256 GB SSD is minimum; 512 GB or 1 TB options exist at higher prices. Open "This PC" to verify.
• Display: Check the screen size label — 21.5-inch, 23.8-inch, and 27-inch models are all stocked at different price points.

Sebokeng-Specific Delivery Notes

Couriers serving the Vaal Triangle, including Sebokeng and Evaton, sometimes use collection depots in Vanderbijlpark or Vereeniging. If Evetech cannot confirm door-to-door to your specific street:

• Use the Vereeniging or Vanderbijlpark depot address as your delivery point.
• Bring your ID and the order confirmation when collecting.
• Inspect the parcel at the depot counter before signing — depot staff generally allow this.

FAQ

Does Evetech deliver to Sebokeng directly?

Sebokeng is within the broader Vaal Triangle courier zone. Some addresses receive door-to-door delivery via DSV; others may require collection from a Vanderbijlpark or Vereeniging depot. Confirm delivery options with Evetech at checkout.

What if my AIO PC fails within the first week?

Contact Evetech support within 7 days of delivery with photos, your order number, and waybill. Items confirmed DOA (dead-on-arrival) within this window qualify for a replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty, facilitated by Evetech.

Are there AIO PCs under R10,000 at Evetech?

Yes — entry-level AIOs with Intel Core i3 CPUs, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD are stocked at Evetech in the R6,500–R9,000 range. These handle office work, media streaming, and light browsing comfortably but are not suited for gaming.
