The ASUS ProArt P16 RTX Spark price in South Africa is R84,999 for the H7607BA 32GB/1TB with a 4K OLED touchscreen. It uses the 20-core N1X chip; ASUS quotes 1.77kg and a 99.9Wh battery.
The ASUS ProArt P16 RTX Spark is now on sale in South Africa, a month after our first look at the ProArt RTX Spark range found no local price at all. The version Evetech lists is the H7607BA, with the full-strength 20-core NVIDIA chip and a 4K OLED touchscreen. Here is what it costs, what you get, and where it sits against the other RTX Spark laptop you can buy locally.
The ASUS ProArt P16 H7607BA costs R84,999 in South Africa for the 32GB/1TB configuration with a 3840 x 2400 OLED touchscreen. It was listed in stock with Evetech on 22 October 2026. In the US, ASUS quotes a starting MSRP of $2,799.99 for the P16, with configurations reaching 128GB and 2TB.
The local model pairs the RTX Spark N1X chip, with a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU and a 20-core Grace CPU, with 32GB of LPDDR5X unified memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. It runs Windows 11 Pro, connects over Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, and the listing includes an ASUS sleeve.
The screen is the headline. ASUS specifies a 16-inch 4K (3840 x 2400) Lumina Pro OLED touchscreen at 120Hz, with a 16:10 shape, full DCI-P3 colour coverage and up to 1,600 nits of HDR peak brightness. ASUS adds NVIDIA G-SYNC support on the P16's 4K panel.
The chassis is slim for a 16-inch creator laptop. ASUS gives 12.9mm and 1.77kg in its launch release and calls it the thinnest 16-inch ProArt to date. The battery is 99.9Wh.
ASUS lists one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, three USB4 Type-C ports with display output and power delivery, and HDMI 2.1 FRL. The P16 also carries an SD Express 7.0 card reader, which matters for photographers and video shooters moving large camera files.
Unified memory is soldered on the board, so the 32GB in this configuration is permanent. ASUS sells the P16 overseas with up to 128GB, but the configuration listed locally is 32GB. Think about the largest project or AI model you plan to open before you decide that 32GB is enough.
At the same R84,999, the other RTX Spark laptop Evetech lists is the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+ with 64GB. The trade is clear. The ASUS gives you a sharper 4K OLED, a slimmer and lighter clamshell body and an SD Express reader. The MSI gives you twice the memory, a 360-degree hinge and a bundled pen. Our ASUS ProArt RTX Spark explainer covers the wider P16, P14 and GR1X range.
If RTX Spark is more than your work needs, compare the ASUS laptop range and the AI laptop finder before committing to this price.
